My Christmas stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was brand new and the rooms were spacious with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave great recommendations for local eateries. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the train station and just two metro stations away from the city center. This made getting around Tbilisi very convenient and allowed me to explore the city with ease.
The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so I could hear some noise from outside my room. Also, it would have been nice to have some assistance with the coffee machine in the morning.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Tbilisi and there were a couple of things that I really liked about it. the hotel was located very close to the train station, which was super convenient for me as I needed to catch a train during my stay. Secondly, the hotel offered free coffee, which was a nice bonus in the mornings. And finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't like. some areas of the hotel, like the bathroom, looked a bit worn and could use some refurbishment.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area with multiple houses, making it peaceful and secure. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, providing fast and personalized service. The rooms were individually designed, clean, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities such as towels, shower gel, tea. The coffee downstairs was real and delicious, and it was even included in the price. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient parking, easy transportation options, great location, delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located close to both a metro station and a railway station, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff was friendly and fluent in English, which made communication much easier. Free coffee was a nice touch and the room was kept clean.
The bathroom facilities seemed a little worn out and not as clean as other areas of the hotel. the cost of the room was a bit higher than expected for the level of amenities provided.

Honestly, our romantic escape here was just OK. The hotel was in a good location, near the train station, which made getting to other parts of the city pretty easy. The staff were kind and accommodating, and we appreciated the complementary coffee and tea that was available in the lobby.
We did have some issues during our stay. The building itself seemed a little run down and outdated, and some of the amenities in the bathroom looked like they could use some updating.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered a great location, making it easy to access nearby attractions. the price was affordable, which was a significant advantage.
The hotel lacked essential features that I expected for the price, like a mini-fridge in the room. the water pressure in the shower was low, and the hot water was not consistent.
